Ceramic Painted Products
Ceramic fritted glass consists of a ceramic based paint screenprinted onto clear, tinted, patterned or reflective glass (Pyrolytic only). The glass is then heat strengthened or toughened which fuses the paint to the glass creating a permanent durable coating. The end result is so permanent that colour cannot be removed without damaging the glass substrate.
Walshs Granospan
This innovative alternative to granite and laminates is a decorative silk screened toughened glass. Its coating of coloured ceramic paint does not crack, fade or peel and the non-porous surface is impervious to weathering and UV radiation. With a range of 10 designs its popular for use in wet areas it is an ideal alternative for vanity tops, bench tops and splashbacks.

This toughened silk screened decorative glass with its high gloss smooth finish delights the eye as it captures reflections. The ceramic finish does not fade and is resistant to UV radiation and the most extreme climatic conditions.

SPANDREL GLASS - COLOURSPAN / GRANOSPAN
Ceramic fritted glass has a major use in building cladding. Its main function is to match or contrast vision panels where an all glass facade is desired. Its other main purpose in this situation is to hide the framework and associated building components.
FRIT / EDGE - CERAMIC BAND
A black ceramic band can be applied to glass for automotive and marine applications. With the ceramic frit/band edge in conjunction with correct adhesive products the glass can be adhered to almost any surface.
