Data Entry / Customer Service Officer

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong technical aptitude. As a key member of our busy Sales Team you would be required to input a high volume of technical data without compromising accuracy. A flexible work approach and the ability to multi task will allow you to provide a superior level of customer service to our valued clients.

Reporting directly to the Merchant Sales Team Coordinator you would also be required to demonstrate:

  • A strong technical aptitude;

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills;

  • The ability to work autonomously;

  • The ability to work as part of a team;

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Previous exposure to the Glass Industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
